Both my partner & I really enjoy our desserts, but not the sugar-filled ‘fake stuff’. Years ago, in my naturopathic practice days, I learned how to get creative with raw vegan desserts, and to make them truly delicious, inspired by the rising raw food movement that was beginning to influence cafes around the Gold Coast, where I lived at the time.

Once you substitute generic flour & sugar-filled desserts with the real deal, there is no going back! Your body will become cleaner and more sensitive to the effects of the ‘fake’ stuff, and if you were to have it again – blah! Yuk, that fake sugary aftertaste and that yucky heavy tired feeling afterward as all the toxic fats float through your blood!

A healthy twist on the classic, every bit as delicious, rich and fluffy. A few secret ingredients you won’t expect!
Kid friendly, these are great for through-the-week snacks.
Rich, sweet (but not overly), creamy, delicious – everything a chocolate pie should be, but clean & healthy!
Also kid-friendly, our 10 month old LOVES this cake (i just leave out the walnuts for him). So moist & delicious and way better than the best baked carrot cake I’ve tried.
Super-food rich, decadent & moist, ‘living’ brownies.
A zingy, light and deliciously creamy treat that the kids will love. You can just as easily make these into individual tarts using mini muffin cups.
Better than chocolate! So rich, you only need a small piece at a time. This has been the one to do at Easter when everyone around you is overdosing on sugar & toxic fat-filled chocolate. A clean alternative which actually tastes way better (in my opinion 🙂 )!
Kid friendly, and can also be easily modified to make a delicious & highly nutritious, protein & mineral rich breakfast.
One of our all-time favorites. A super rich, healthy twist on the classic caramel slice.
